Vigiplane™ is fitted with a selection of high performance and low power electronic safety components : detectors, day and night high definition cameras, cellular and satellite modules and a flashing alarm light. Vigiplane embedded software ensures full functionality and reliability of the system.
The Vigiplane™ solution consist of three different parts
A chock in aluminium and composite material which is installed on the front carriage wheel of the aircraft. In use the complete unit is clamped under the landing gear in two minutes. In flight, the Vigiplane™ is stored in a rugged suitcase.
A PDM peripheral detection module installed on the chock guarantees a 360 field of detection. A GPS module provides real time location and weather forecasts services.
Access to Vigiplane™ secure web server is enabled by user name and password. User define their own profile and alarm script. For security reasons, data transmitted by the PDM to the server are fully encrypted.
The Vigiplane™ secure server
The Vigiplane™ server will mainly allow users to be informed about an alarm situation almost in real time. Thanks to automatic forwarding, Vigiplane™ server will send alerts direct to your phone (SMS, MMS), Smart Phone or PC (email).
